「Better YouTube」是個改善「YouTube」使用體驗的 Firefox 擴充套件。
透過「Better YouTube」, 使用者可以將「YouTube」惱人的影片自動播放給停掉; 當一次將多部影片開在不同分頁時, 這是個很有用的功能。
另外「Better YouTube」也在影片明細頁面提供了影片下載連結:
當點選畫面上的「download this video」連結, 便可下載目前所觀賞的影片:
另外, 若覺得「YouTube」的影片明細頁面太過雜亂,「Better YouTube」則提供了個稱為「YouTube Theater」的精簡佈景主題; 在「YouTube Theater」下, 除了更大的影片播放介面外, 頁面中就只會顯示搜尋列及影片上傳者資訊:
