正當「Google」還在為開發 Mac OS 及 Linux 版本的「Google Chrome」努力時,「CodeWeavers」已透過了「CrossOver」把 Windows 平台的「Google Chrome」搬到了 Mac OS 及 Linux 上。

註:「CrossOver」是「Wine」的商業版本, 這個專案的目的在於把 Win32 API 移植到 Mac OS 及 Linux 上, 讓 Windows 平台的軟體能在 Mac OS 及 Linux 上執行。
